Waverley Care is Scotland's leading charity providing support to people living with HIV and Hepatitis C, and to their partners, families and carers. I volunteer a few hours of my time each week to help out on their organic allotment, encouraging a healthy lifestyle and promoting the therapeutic benefits of gardening. |
